Includes 1x annual maintenance visit (up to 6 hours)
Additional maintenance visits can be pre-booked at a reduced rate of £30/hour (up to 6 hours)

Premium

(includes all Remote support features)
Call out first two hours free per month
Reduced call out rates for first 6 hours: £35/hour
Includes 2x annual maintenance visits (up to 6 hours each, at least 4 months apart)
Additional maintenance visits can be pre-booked at a reduced rate of £25/hour (up to 6 hours)
Cost per month: £199

 

Terms & Conditions

All prices are inclusive of VAT @ 20% and are to be paid in advance either monthly or yearly. Remote support only available on networks/equipment with remote connection availability. Phone support is limited to functional capability of end user interaction (e.g.: advanced functions available through control system interface). Remote software updates are limited to network equipment (when available) with remote connection availability only. Advanced (e.g.: control system, CCTV and other network connected devices) remote support may be available via VPN. Spent support hours (remote or on site) are reset on the 1st day of every month. Support contracts started after the 14th day of the month are valid until the end of the following month (or end of the following month plus 12 months for yearly contracts). All support contracts are only available for systems either installed by Command AV or systems installed by others that have had at least 1 rescue/maintenance visit and is functioning satisfactorily. Contracted maintenance visits can only be booked after at least 3 months of starting a contract.

* – Remote support: via cloud-based remote access, VPN or similar to troubleshoot network-connected devices, systems and equipment. May require purchase of additional equipment to meet minimum remote support requirements.
